GBP USD, “Great Britain Pound vs US Dollar”
GBP USD, Time Frame H4. Indicator signals: Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen still influenced by “Dead Cross” (1). D Tenkan-Sen and D Kijun-Sen intersected and formed D “Dead Cross” as well. Ichimoku Cloud is heading down (2), Chinkou Lagging Span is below the chart, and the price is on Tenkan-Sen. Short-term forecast: we can expect a decline of the price inside the daily cloud towards D Senkou Span B.
GBP USD, Time Frame H1. Indicator signals: Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen are influenced by “Dead Cross” (1), but they are getting closer to each other again below Kumo Cloud; all lines are directed downwards. Ichimoku Cloud is going down (2); Chinkou Lagging Span is on the chart. Short-term forecast: we can expect resistance from Tenkan-Sen – Senkou Span A, and decline of the price.
XAU USD, “Gold vs US Dollar”
XAU USD, Time Frame H4. Indicator signals: Tenkan-Sen and Kijun-Sen are still influenced by “Dead Cross” and D “Dead Cross”. Ichimoku Cloud is moving downwards, the daily cloud is falling as well. Chinkou Lagging Span is getting closer to the chart, and the price is on Tenkan-Sen. Short‑term forecast: we can expect the price to be corrected towards resistance from Kijun-Sen – D Tenkan-Sen – Senkou Span A, and then continue falling.
